Drummer needed for our new record!

We want to play something along the lines of this song. We have been looking for a drummer for a while and we are interested in doing something like the sound of this song but not exactly like it. It really depends on the drummer and what style they have and what they would want to write into any project. We want to make the drum parts more elaborate because the drums on the recording now have been played by me and I'm not a very good drummer.
